HTPC - First build, would this work?

Hi all, I'm looking for a small, quiet HTPC. I really like the case I've listed but I'm not really sure if the below would work, it wont be used to store any data apart for the OS and the odd bit of software. Initially I'd run it with the onboard GFX but I'd really like the ability to put in somthing dedicated in the future.

Antec ISK 310 - 150 Mini ITX Case - With 150W PSU
Asus P8H61-I Intel H61 Motherboard
Intel Pentium G620 2.60GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor
Sony Optiarc BC-5540H-01 Slimline 4x BD-ROM / 8x DVD±RW Drive - OEM
Crucial RealSSD M4 64GB 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Hard Drive
OCZ Platinum 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-10666C7 1333MHz Dual Channel Kit (Will this fit in the case?)

I'm yet to decide on CPU cooler or fans. But would the above fit? Should I be changing anything? I understand I'm going to need a low-profile GFX card which is fine. I'd also however really like a remote for the HTPC but I'm wondering if the case/mobo only has the 1 expansion slot will I be able to add a remote and the gfx card? (I've never used/seen a remote for use with a computer!)

Firstly, nice choice of components.

I can't talk about the Antex ISK 310, but I have the 300 and it's excellent.

Same mobo too, and used to use that CPU also. You should have no problems fitting that in the case, assume the ram doesn't have a crazy heatsink?

For a cooler, use the Intel one, it will fit and it's not that noisy at all, especially on a G620, which doesn't put out much heat. No additional fans needed for that biuld either.

In terms of media remote, I would be tempted to get the Asrock Z68 ITX mobo that is about £100 from the rainforest place. Although I have the Asus board and love it (the BIOS GUI is great)... the Asrock one comes with the remote and will just work nicely out of the box. Normally though they just have a USB connector for the wireless dongle thing, so wont impact your graphics card at all.
 
I have that case with gigabyte h67 and i3-2100t , with ssd and a 1tb samsung 2.5 + sony optiarc - works fine as my media centre :)
