HTPC FM2?

I’m going to build a HTPC and the AMD F2 CPU’s seem to fit the bill. However, I know little to nothing about the different CPU’s and motherboards, can anyone help me with a spec?

I watch lots of films via XBMC (I’ve got 3x 2TB drives) and PowerDVD, do the FM2 motherboards output HD Audio via HDMI?

Lots of unraring files (winrar)

Do people stick with the stock fan or for quite is aftermarket the best bet?

Must be Micro ATX.

Leaning towards the below (already got 8GB RAM):

I would opt for an aftermarket CPU Cooler if you prefer a quieter system.

It would appear they do. but the motherboard you have picked won't due to it not having a HDMI port.

I always go for an aftermarket HSF just search for reviews or ask. just specify a budget and a preference to noise or performance (heat dissipation) and i'm sure a few of the forum minions will assist.
