HTPC for a friend

A friend is wanting to build a pc around £550, he will be using it for general browsing and watching films, musics etc. Just wanted to ask how this spec looks, i thought he can add a hdd if he needs it in the future.

For that price and without a dedicated card, i'd get an AMD APU as it will be more powerful and better for the money. Maybe switch the psu out with a passive one if the budget allows it?
 
i dont think the APU will be needed as he will not be playing games, the fan on the rm series only turn on at 40% load so it will be quite most of the time

EDIT: how is this for an APU system, it can allow some gaming in the future

I am not sure on the Wireless though!

i used to use the Celeron version for my HTPC with OpenElec, this played 1080p MKV files without issue.
 
check out my spec in my thread (Apu system)

although i would get the mini antec 100 isk case and some 2400mhz ram in place of what i had if i had more money.
Which would have brought my build up to about £280
