HTPC. GPU intergrad vrs GFX dedicated ?

I've built my own HTPC & I don't know if it's worth sticking in a spear GFX card in or leaving it to the intergrad GPU. I've tried searching online benchmarks or other builds but can't find a definitive answer.

It's used for Kodi, steaming, surfing etc. Nothing major gaming wise, just wondering if will help overall computing & heat from the CPU/GPU core ?

AMD A10 7700k Black ed 3.8mhz
ASRock mobo
4GB ram
PSU BeQuite 520w

GFX card in question AMD HD 6450 1GB passive cooked.

From what I can see, your A10 has better graphics performance than your 6450. Even if it wasn't, if you're just watching 1080p stuff, you don't need a dedicated graphics card for that.

Thanks, that's what I guessed. I couldn't find anything to justify it ether way but if the intergrad is better that's what I needed to hear.
