htpc is this powerful enough?

got a spare old acer slimline unit


its a amd x2 215 with 2 gig of ram and a NVidia 9200 onboard.


is it going to be grunty enough to perform htpc duties?


if so what would be the best software to stick on it windows some version of Linux or is there a pc native xbmc version available?

Linux would be the best... It is quite weak, it wont handle gigabayte speeds, but unless you are sending huge files and prepared to wait its decent enough I imagine.
