After a video card for my htpc, its gotta be quiet, cool, capable of playing some games and support full 1080p with all the necessary connectivity to connect to the tv...
 
Depending on your budget a 6670 or a 7750 neither of them require extra power from your PSU's 6 pin adaptors and both are cheap for the performance they give.
