HTPC Low Profile Graphics Card

I'm looking for a low profile graphics card which I will be using to play 720/1080p movies on my HTPC, it must be able to fit into this case and must have HDMI ports, budget is £30

The height of the graphics card bracket can't be over 7.5 cm

It has ATI Radeon 3100 onboard graphics but the motherboard doesn't have HDMI port so I can't connect the HTPC to TV
