htpc mobo question

You're better off with AMD for a HTPC, depending on your specific needs of course. This board is perfect for a HTPC. Capable of blu-ray playback with onboard gfx and can take various low power AMD CPUs.
 
agreed on that mobo ... its a fine board for the money and i'm very happy with my build . the onboard graphics are pretty good if you play older games ( 5 years or so ).

i didnt overdoo it with the cpu as either .. just got a dual core , but for my needs its perfect .. blu ray and a pc in one nice case ..
