HTPC motherboard decision to make... which one which case! NEW 1156 setup

Unsure which motherboard to go for if i went for the ASUS fusion

i am looking at getting the i5-750 and possibly
Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD4

will this overclock well as the other ATX boards?

Or shall i full out on a full atx case with a board such as the msi p55-gd65

but which cooler will fit in this HTPC cases? Will a noctua fit?

An I5 is a bit OTT for a HTPC' use your current PC for the HTPC and put the I5 as the main PC.

hehe this HTPC will be for everything main pc gaming and video playback on the TV, my movies iwll be on a DROBO seperate nas ... not sure if i will use the tv functions but main going for htpc style casing due to room and space!!

My eye is now on the ZALMAN 160+ case not sure how i can fit a h50 in this how can i mod it or put it outside cables through the 80mm fan port area ...

appreciate any help on this or go with the zalman coolers.


BUT how good are these matx boards for OC.
