HTPC remote??

Im looking at putting XBMC on my new htpc when the parts arrive.

I want to put it behind my tv and not have to mess with it.

Is there a remote I can use that would let me use all the functions on the pc?

Get a used Microsoft remote with the IR receiver. You can then use the MS remote IR use the receiver with any Harmony remote.

I would tend to look for a radio frequency one oppose to an infra red one.

This means less things cluttering up space, you also don't need to be in line of sight. And you can switch track pause stuff from another room, i.e if you are just nipping to the kitchen.

I currently use a gyration one, which also has a built in gyroscope so you can use it as a air mouse as well.

There are apps on the android and iOS marketplaces which allow you to use a smartphone as a keyboard and mouse

already got the app that control my sony tv its ace. keep turning the mrs soaps off from upstairs cus it uses the wifi.
