htpc spec build please

Hi could someone be so kind to spec build me a htpc please.

My budget is 200 - 250.

Only needs to play hd movies and play music. But would like a lot of storage.

If you can build it to play games such as command and conqure generals that would be great 2 .

Not bothered what the case looks like aslong as its small.

Realy appriciate it.

Yes id like bluray if possible. Also that case seems too big. What something simular to a flat desktop or itx case if possible.
