HTPC Spec Check

Hi All
I quite fancy the following to update my HTPC (will be used for HDTV / movies only no games) does anyone know of any compatibility issues with this combination;

OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC2-6400C4 Dual Channel Platinum Revision 2 XTC Series DDR2
Abit Fatal1ty F-I90HD ATI Micro
Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro

The Freezer 64 is for AMDs. For Intel you want the Freezer 7.

Since you won't be overclocking you could get the cheapest RAM you can find. Corsair DDR2 Value Select PC2-5300C5 would be a good choice.

The processor and mobo both look good.
