HTPC Spec Help Please :)

Hey all

Okay, my brother is after a HTPC for his room and he has limited me to a budget of about £300.

Obviously he wants to be able to watch tv on it, so a TV card is in order. He will need a 200GB HDD and a graphics card that while isnt expensive but will hopefully last him a couple of years.

The main requirement tho is a SMALL case and if possible QUIET! lol. He doesn't have a lot of space in his room so towers are out. He has expressed interest in slim desktop style cases and possibly shuttle style cases.

My preference is an AMD system but it isnt a requirement.

So, lets see what you can all do for 300 notes!

EDIT: Monitor and peripherals aren't required. Nor is an optical drive [got a spare ]

This is the best I could come up with. The onboard graphics will do fine for HTPC stuff and support hardware HD decoding.
