HTPC spec help

Want to build a HTPC, running quite a tight budget though so looking to keep it below 400 quid. Needs to meet a few basic criteria though.

1. Micro ATX size
2. Be able to hold at least 2 or more HDD
3. HDMI
4. Run on relatively low power

I have no current hardware that I can start from so this is a from scratch build needing the full works. OS doesn;t need to included as I have a win 7 licence available already.

I haven't got any experience in specing one of these so hoping the spec me guru's can help out
 
Just an idea to get you going with.

windows + media apps on the ssd. media on the 2tb hdd.
The GA-E350N-USB3 will play 1080p films no problem, if you are looking to run more that (games etc) it will start to struggle.
