HTPC spec me

i am building a HTPC/media/gaming editing for a mate and i am not sure how to go about picking parts :confused:

he wants an i5, dx11 card, Antec Fusion case and a blu-ray player and dvd-r the mobo has to be micro-atx and he has a buget of arounf £650-£700 he has windows 7, speakers, keyborad

Some thing like below would be about the best your going to get on that budget

Perhaps spending a little extra for retail i5? Extended warranty and cooler included.
