HTPC spec

Hi Folks,

Can you let me know if there's anything else I need to add to this or if there's anything you would change? I am looking to build a HTPC for as cheap as possible but it has to be able to play/ record freeview and also play HD-DVDs and Blu ray.

I have already 450w power supply ,case and vista home premium.

This is around £360 total

I am also looking for the pc to be quiet as it will probably be left on 24/7. I was going to overclock the cpu but only to around 2ghz just to keep the heat down.

Personally, I would go AMD for your budget, you can get a 2.5GHz AMD 64 X2 4850e (45w CPU) for £40ish and a mATX AMD 780G chipset motherboard (w/HDMI) for around £60 which would do much better and will play 1080p without a problem, should work out slightly cheaper than your naff celeron intel spec as you wont need the graphics card

Also, you will find it cheaper to get the "Vista" E700, as it comes with the upgraded remote and is about £60-£65.
