HTPC spec

Hi guys, looking at building a HTPC for the purpose of streaming films and TV shows from my PC and/or NAS via my home network. I don't need any gaming etc on it.

I saw this motherboard/CPU/RAM all in one board, would that be enough?

Should be fine, but you still need to get the ram.

What site is it? If all you are doing is streaming video I can't see you having any problems. Apparently it runs OpenELEC pretty well.

I think it can be seen as a competitor. It's a big USA based one.

My experience with E-350 chip was that it was fine only if it was able to offload decoding to the GPU - it couldn't handle BBC iPlayer HD for example.

Personally I would go the Trinity route.

I don`t think a US company would be classed as a competitor, unless it is selling on the UK market.

There are some good reviews but there are a lot of poor ones. I think I want something with more oompf.
