Hi Guys,

I would like to put together a HTPC / Torrent box...

I had been looking into getting a NAS and a WD Live (and was even looking at a Sheeva Plug to run my torrents from). However this solution quickly came up to about £300.

So, my requirements are for a low power consuming 1080p HTPC which will be running 24x7 as a torrent box.

What type of hardware should I be looking into?
I don't care about AMD vs Intel, I just want something that will be cheaper than £300 (or about that price).

Cheers

Foxconn NetBox-nT330i is dual core Atom with ION GPU and can be found for under £150 online. You will need some RAM and HDD possibly, might be worth looking into though.
