Apologies, if posted in wrong forum, was uncertain as to where best placed :)

Have a HTPC running Vista Media Center. I have several .avi files which have different languages running on different audio channels. I use FFDShow codec for the video (by way of My Movies in VMC). The audio I am guessing actually uses AC3 as the FFD Audio does not pop up for these; where it does for .mkv's etc. What I am hearing though is both audio channels (so two languages at the same time). How do I flip between channels, effectively allowing me to only hear the English channel? Is there an easy way to do this? I did have a look through AC3 settings although could not see anythign apparent.

Help would be very much appreciated

:)

Try enabling the relevant audio codec in ffdshow so that you can use that to select the stream that you want.

Also, I think vobsub should be able do what you want.
