Dump the bundle you are getting ripped off. If you select the components on their own Mobo/CPU/RAM it's £517.97, so you are paying £21 towards your FREE SSD, also the motherboard is far too expensive for an X370 version, as OCUK have it marked up much higher than it can be had else where ~£120-30, so again your FREE SSD is being fully paid for by these inflated prices.

Grab a good B450/X470 board, the 2700X, and you should probably up it to 16GB RAM if you are using it for VR. I'd probably get the parts listed below.

You don't get the "FREE SSD" but you get 16GB DDR4 3000MHz RAM, and a full featured board with a decent VRM, that will be more than happy running the 2700X - and the cost is the same as the kit. :)

For the record im using the board and cpu to update my main rig with the 1700 i have going in the HTPC. Not sure if i should keep the card for my rig or stick with the sli 980ti

Just a question but i have an msi b450-a pro. I took this option so i had more money for some 3200 ram that was compatable with the boards xmp profile.

What benefit would having a 470 over a 450? Unless i was wanting 64gb of ram i see no difference?
