HTPC - Which memory for this spec?

Hi, I already bought the following spec for my HTPC:

AMD X2 5050e (CPU)
Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H AMD 780G Micro-ATX (Mobo)

This HTPC will be running Vista Ultimate/Windows 7, running Media Center and Dreamscene, playing 1080p content (Blu-ray discs and mkv files etc) via HDMI to a 42" LCD. My question is how much and what speed and type of memory should I get?

Which would suit my HTPC best?:

(2gig) 2x1GB PC2-6400
(4gig) 2x2GB PC2-6400
(2gig) 2x1GB PC2-8500

The cheapest will be fine...

If you're not gaming then 2gb is good, and since you wont be overclocking you might as well stick with the 6400...
