HTPC - Edit - Will 380W Power this?

Looking to build a PC to keep next to the TV, for watching things like lost and a few movies on. Will use it as like a sort of file server too. So far I have this:

I was hoping somebody could point me in the right direction of a graphics card, or will this PC be capable of running HD videos?

Thanks

ok, had a bit more of a deeper think and decided to do it, changed the spec a little.

Gonna add the new dell 2408 when it out.

was thinking about a graphics card, cause no doubt i will end up playing games.

worried about the power supply, im going to try and clock the cpu to 3ghz and want to spend about 150-180 on a gfx card. will the psu be powerful enough to clock the cpu to that and run a mid range graphics card?

any help much appriciated.

So anyone. Will the EarthWatts 380W be powerful enough to run the above spec and either of these two cards:

PowerColor ATI Radeon HD 3870 XT Extreme 512MB GDDR4 TV-Out/Dual DVI/HDMI (PCI-Express) - Retail

or

BFG GeForce 8800 GT OC 512MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail

Thanks

Matt

Why have you gone for the Logitech keyboard and a Keysonic keyboard with built in mouse pad

just as a pointer, if you do go for the Gigabyte GA73-PVM and your going to use XP as your OS install XP then SP2 and any updates before you install the audio drivers (see page 84 of the handbook that comes with the board) I can tell you as soneone who allways does the install then reads the handbook afterwards if I have trouble, if you don't do it that way you'll have problems with the realtech audio drivers and no audio output.

cheers
