been thinking about getting an HTPC to play video's MKV's ect and some internet stuff like bbc iplayer ect

and i can use my ocz vertex 2 for the ssd

so which one do i go for and which is best
will i have any problems with heat,power or any thing with any off them
and wanted it for the 18th off this month
and a keyboard and mouse for them too, some thing small and easy to use for the wife,who has no idea about pc's

Upped the APU to the A6 which has better integrated graphics, the faster RAM is to "feed" the IGP. It's actually gaming capable not that it probably matters to you or the Mrs. The keyboard has a built in trackpad for a mouse, case is nice and small with a built in PSU

Have a look at XBMC which is a firm favourite with HTPC builders. You can playback video and music from it and even add the "catchup tv" channels to it for streaming.

thanks but do not like the case ,will stick with my first one
are them keyboards any good
and do you really need ram to be that fast ,its just that my x58 only got 1600mhz stuff and its fine

this is hard to find a good case
