TBS8922 is a PCI interface digital satellite TV Tuner card for watching and recording Free to Air satellite TV on PC.

Sky is not Free to Air.

The card is a Free to Air receiver, if you have any spare ports on your LNB on the Satellite dish you will need to run a cable to the card.

It wont receive your Sky account.

i have a spare ports on the LNB can i get the free to air on the Satellite dish from running a cable from it. cheers

Yep, I have a one of these. Same maker just with an extra input letting me watch to channels at the same time or record etc.

You just need to connect to your satellite dish & install appropirate software. I use Mediaportal & the card should come with some free software. Lets me watch TV on my Android phone or Laptop by connecting to the pc with the tv card.

i have read that the software that come with i is no good been looking at DVB Dream software
