Huawei Mateview 28.2"

Sitting in front of one right now. Generally happy with it, it's not very bright but I don't mind and everything works as expected. I've never connected HDMI into it though, only USB-C.

One thing is that you can't remove the stand. You plug the cables into it rather than the display. It's got an external power brick with USB-C input, which was interesting to see.

Brightness should be fine as it won't be near a window. Can't remove the stand, not a problem as long as it can go high enough which from reviews, looks like it can. The power by USB-C thing, interesting but I can make it work.

I can't seem to find any downside for what I want it for, seem too good to be true...

It hasn't been out long enough to know about longevity, that could be where the trade-offs were made. Otherwise, I can't find any serious issues either.

The only downside is that it doesn't hit as high in Adobe RGB as I liked, one review suggests 90%. But to get 99%, like the BenQ SW270C, it cost 80% more at £699. Quite a big jump percentage wise in price.

But then I have been editing on Apple screens forever and that only has 86% Adobe RGB so this is fine in the real world for my use.
