TalkTalk have offered me a package with a Hauwei "G" type router. They cannot tell me the model number just that it is a "G" and you get an "N" with a more expensive package.
Does anyone know what this is likely to be, given that most of the new routers are 802.11n specification and does it make any difference to me in any case as I do not use wireless? I need at least two ports for my desktop and laptop and I can check this out if I knew the model number.
Am I also right in thinking that it will be a big improvement on my six year old netgear DG834 V2?
