So my mums T5 has been through it a bit, had the screen replaced and now it's not charging. The cable that came with the T5 will charge my mums phone (also Huawei) and has some tape on it as it has some issues and it worked and charged it. Now it won't charge it and all cables I have be it micro usb or usb c don't work nor do they fit in fully like the one that came with the device. On amazon uk all I can find is data cables when what I need is a charging cable. Shouldn't be this hard to find a cable, could someone help please? She has no other form of way off watching TV :/ Thanks!
