Welcome to my wonderfully vaguely-titled thread.
OK, so I invested in Hue lights and they're great. I linked them with my Alexa units and I can happily control them all. I added them to my existing Alexa group so I can call out "Alexa, goodnight" and she'll turn off my lounge lamp, my kitchen lights and now the lounge lights. It works fine for the lamp and the kitchen lights but the lounge lights don't change at all. If I ask Alexa to turn them off specifically, they go off. I can also use the app and get the same results. I have imported the Hue group "lounge lights" and/or the individual lights into the Alexa group but nothing seems to work.
Any of you clever people know what the heck is going on?
