Huge argument with work mate...

Just had a huge argument with a work mate:( about something stupid, we were both in the wrong in different ways but were also both stubborn!!

What should i do? I feel rubbish, hes a good mate and we have a laugh:( I couldnt bare not being mates with him!!!
 
What was the argument about?

I'm sure if you're such good mates it will blow over and you'll have a laugh over it in a few weeks. Mates argue.
 
Just say sorry, and admit the fault, even if you are both responsible.

Then let it all die, and all will be well!

Just dont be too stuborn to admit your wrong when your right if its trivial.
 
Say sorry and say to him what you said here, both stubborn.

If you guys are pals, then there wont be a problem getting over it :)

Somehow I don't think urinating on him/her will help solve matters. Although, you never know! :p :D

EDIT: In answer to your question Tinkerbell. If you value this persons friendship that much then bite your tongue and apologise. Chances are they will reply with "No, it's me who should be sorry" when faced with an apology from you. Problem solved. :)

This happened a while back with a housemate. We are really good mates and everyone in the kitchen couldn't understand what had happened when we started screwing at each other. I was cleaning a wok at the time, just as he was cleaning his dishes and we started arguing over pieces of onion in the sink and who was the last one to make the gravy!!

It got pretty hostile, but in the end (an hour or two later) I just went to his room and said how pathetic we both were for getting worked up about nothing and I was sorry for having a go, whilst subtly leading him into an apology too. It had to be done as we had another few months of living together and it would have been awkward.
 
Well i bit my tongue and said im "sorry that i went OTT but it wasnt just me" and he came back with "i might have been in parts i guess but text can be took the wrong way as u cant see the tone behind it". Feeling a little bit better but time will tell how things will be when i see him:p

I never try to be funny, as I know I am not, you on the otherhand :p

EDIT: I need to watch more star trek to have any hope of a trek comeback, thank god I don't have one! :D
