Pretty much the same as me then mate. I've been able to help quite a few people out with bodybuilding and nutrition, also audio production/songwriting. Both of which are passions of mine. It's nice to share your knowledge with like-minded people and get satisfaction from knowing you are actually helping.

Besides... Threads such of this provide much humour with which to while away the hours.

Yep the advice in there applies equally as well to those who just wish to lose fat as opposed to gain muscle. I wrote a section dedicated specifically to losing weight (known as cutting). Should be of some use to you. If you want any more specific advice feel free to post a thread in the sports forum or drop me an email. I'd be happy to help.
