Hi all
Being totally and utterly sick of my HTPC being incredibly flakey, I have been taking a look at Freeview HD PVRs. The Humax HDR-FOX T2 has caught my eye and I was wondering if anyone had any experiences with these, and if anyone would be able to answer a few questions about it?
The 2 things I need to be able to do is watch and record TV (including series recording) and watch content that is stored on 2 different PCs (video files). The video files will be a mix of formats including M4V, AVI, etc. Would the Humax be able to find and play these files without any issues?
A lot of reviews into the device seem to skim over the ability to view media content located on a network connected PC. As it is so intrinsically part of what I want the device to do, it would be incredibly helpful to get some additional feedback about this aspect.
I hope someone is able to give me some thoughts.
Thanks
Michael.
