I had this years ago and was wondering if it's any good now. I stopped using it because it became filled with too many indie games that weren't very good.

Only you can answer that, surely? It's heavily dependent on what games you like playing & what games are in the bundle in a given month.

I've been quite happy with every month this year except February & September. I still bought those bundles though, and still found stuff I enjoyed playing. Stranded: Alien Dawn from this month's bundle is a great surprise - I hadn't heard of it before.

Haven't looked at humble bundles for years either. I remember when it was first launched and they had some pretty decent games in a bundle. All looks like absolute ***** now - which looks evident by the number of bundles being sold!

Have they just run out of publishers willing to provide them with games?

The trouble is, with the likes of epic and Amazon giving away dozens of games you'll never play for free, there's little point in paying money each month for a bundle of games you'll largely never play.

I probably take one out of every three monthly bundles. As we've said, Guardians of the Galaxy was already free on Epic, so no point in taking that bundle.

I know they had options where you pause it and stuff like but I just outright cancelled years ago.

Obviously it's a personal line, but all too often the headline game was a duplicate key for something I already had, flanked with a bunch of indie stuff that didn't interest me.

No one chatting about this month's humble choice? Is HumbleBundle dead to the people of Overclockers?

System Shock, Atomic Heart and V Rising look like the heavy hitters for this month. System Shock, I wanted to play since the 90s, but couldn't come to terms with the visuals. I didn't buy it as people said it was janky by modern standards. Atomic Heart looks like a pretty shooter

I already owned system shock, and didn't really have any interest in V Rising but Atomic Heart has been on my wishlist for awhile, plus I picked up the 12month plan last year so was pretty cheap for it + some indies

Very rarely do I want a single game from a choice and when I do it's cheaper to just buy the individual key. Also by the time something is in the bundle if I wanted it I probably already had it.
No real value basically.

Not bad for me - TW3 and Pharaoh I'll almost certainly play at some point (loved the sierra games years ago)

BTW - Not sure if you realised you posted to the 'alt' Humble Choice thread.... took me any minute to work out why there were several pages missing :P
