Bernie is hoping to agree a new contract with the Hungaroring and have some track changes.

I love racing on there in games, it is challenging but so boring to watch. Hopefully some tweaks will improve it a bit.

This could be bad news for other European tracks who may be struggling to keep hold of a contract.

I'd be interested to know what they plan to change though.

taking away 11, 12 & 13 and putting in one corner to make two very easy straights is a complete waste of effort imo - the changes around 4 , 5 & 6 look worthwhile though

Straight lining between 11 and 13 involves climbing a significant hill too.

Making 5 a hairpin is a good shout.

I was thinking that you couldn't take 11 flat, so could get close to the car infront to drag them over the main straight, which you can't do at the moment.

IMO one of the main problems is that T11 is too bumpy and too fast, both of which mean it's very hard for a car to follow another closely enough to get a slipstream/use DRS into T1.

I've always liked the speed and direction change of T4 but the track isn't wide enough for it to be an overtaking spot. Another quick fix?
