Channels are all found fine etc. However, the image is very stuttery (1 frame a second) as is the sound. sometimes WINTv maxes out the CPU, sometimes it doesn't (play back is the same in either case).
Changing options using the Primary tool often causes the WinTV software to crash if not set to Allow VMR.
Any ideas why?
