Does anyone know what this sensor is on hwinfo64, (VR T1)

my board is a gigabyte 970a-ud3p, i was told by gigabyte my boars does not have a vrm's sensor.

I just spent 1.3 seconds googling HWinfo64 (VR T1) and got this - http://www.hwinfo.com/forum/Thread-VR-T1-T2-Temperatures-Gigabyte-970A-UD3P

So one of the IC's has a dedicated sensor and thats what your seeing.

For me T2 is stuck reading highish temperatures @ 55'c. T1 has gone from 36'c idle to 40'c running prime95 for a minute. First thing I did when I got my Z97X-Gaming 5 was put some arctic alumina under all the heatsinks. I've probably got some airflow too since I have push-pull on Megahelims and rear exhaust all set to ramp up to 100% with 60'c cpu temps. T1 is @ 42'c since I started typing with prime95 in background.
