Hi,

Having a little bit of trouble finding right sensor readings in HWMonitor, which can be seen in these screenshots:

1. In my BIOS (latest version F5m), I set CPU voltage to 1.35v (for a 4.6Ghz OC). Yet in HWMonitor none of it's Voltage readings seem to be clipping onto / near the specified 1.35v CPU voltage. So what voltage is my CPU actually running at, and where can I see it being correctly reported? Are there other apps which could give a more accurate reading?

I also have a 'Gigabyte Branded' version of CPU-z, which does seem to show my CPU voltage correctly, as 1.344v

Which is .06v under what I specified in BIOS. No problem there. However when I go to HWMonitor's website, there's no Gigabyte branded version / variant of their software. And 'Check for new version' button says I already have latest version of HWMonitor.

2. Another one:

The fanspeed is not 1730rpm. Because my fan simply can't rotate that fast. Wheras in Gigabyte SIV 863rpm (correct),

I'm not moaning. Would just be nice to know what's going on.

I wouldn't put too much faith into HWMonitor especially on windows 10, it sometimes reads my 3770k running at 100mhz its buggy :)

Edit: I use real Temp

Never had hwmonitor work properly for me on Gigabyte boards. I get the same nonsense readings on my ga-x99-sli.

hwinfo works fine, although it does tend to pickup everything, so you may well get a few false readings that the sensor can techincally do, but not on your board etc.
