What exactly does TMPIN2 read as I've seen some very high temps from it of late, the highest being 114'c after benching at 3.8ghz.

The northbridge is hot to touch. But I've read else where that TMPIN2 is a dead sensor that gives a false readout.

Its probably different for you as we are on AMD and your running Intel
