I just follow my hw hardware monitor because it read the true temperature to matched the motherboard system, gpu, fan speed, cpu and core temp. The only difference in real temp that all cores are 3 degrees higher than hwmonitor. So, I follow the hwmonitor instead of real temp.
My real temp is 69c, 67c, 68c, 66c on max @ 4.2ghz and hwmonitor is 66c, 64c, 65c, 63c.
