XP home issues without the disc?

Would asking for an ISO of XP home be classed as warez?

Even though it's all above board and legal here.
Have Legit key for home, but only have pro discs here.

I can't repair from the partitioned part of the HDD as that's the bit that's corrupt.

From things I have heard I would imagine yes would be illegal downloading an ISO file.

You could borrow a friends disk using your own key though.
