PSU just started to buzz, I'm sure it's the fan gone dodgy, is this worthy of an RMA? for me it's annoying as my rig is on my desk and I run a silent PC, that is apart from the buzzing PSU.

Lot of this is happening & being reported on the Corsair Support forums recently looks like a dodgy batch or poor build quality if you RMA its back to Holland registered post @ your cost unless you bought from OCUK which they say they will replace for you instead but few other UK etailor's are willing to do this apparently.

I just bought a Seasonic from OCUK instead as my HX750 failed @ 2 years old & as I never bought from OCUK its back to Holland @ my cost or buy a new PSU in UK.

Corsair seem to have lost their way on QA but the your cost back to Holland 7 year warranty (unless you bought from OCUK) means they lost me as a customer forever as I also had Corsair Ram fail & my other Corsair TX750 PSU has developed a noisy fan. This is all in different PC's so its not connected its just terrible QA IMO & it happened to me all in the space of a few weeks!

Good job I do not own any other Corsair hardware.......

I mean they give a seven year warranty with the PSU you think they would invest in a rock solid fan for them. Place I bought it from do the RMA's for corsair for the lifetime of the warranty so I'll go down that root.

Not anymore they are cutting costs & most of their older PSU's are built by others anyway (like Seasonic) apparently to keep costs down. Having a 7 year warranty is great but no UK RMA centre means your left in limbo if the etailor will not honour it for the full 7 years (few will as its a cost to them which makes it virtually worthless to give the 7 years.

In USA they pay shipping both ways & in some cases even send you the new PSU & collect the old at the same time without seeing the RMA unit first! Good for US customers bad for everyone else it seems unless you bought from OCUK (they were out of stock when I needed to buy one in a hurry!).

Mines been doing the same thing for a few weeks. Only a slight distraction so will soldier on but if it worsens I'll look to rma it too (thankfully bought it from OcUK).
