Hyper 212 Evo + My Case, Will It Fit?

Just wondering if a 212 Evo will fit in my Aerocool Vs-3 Advanced Midi Case, I will end upgrading to Corsair Obsidian 750D, I know that it will definitely fit in that, just needing to know if it'll stay there for the next 3 months

The case has a CPU cooler height clearance of 158mm, and the 212 evo is 159mm, so doesn't look like it

Would it not bend the side panel very very slightly? Not so sure but better to be safe?
