Hyper X Cloud II Headset, Low Mic

So playing CS with my friends they all say i have a low Microphone, I have tryed putting volume up in skype which is what we been using, but also in CS main communications its Low tryed to up the volume in Windows but it doesnt move?

Any help?

tried boosting it in the recording settings under sound?
