Hyper X Cloud II suddenly stopped working

So I've had these for about 9 months I was in middle playing a game of CS and it suddenly stopped.

There is no physical damage and when I plug into any USB port on my computer is says this usb device has malfunctioned and the device doesn't appear in the list in sound devices

in warranty send em back sounds like the usb soundcard has failed on them. just try a different port to be sure

So as far as I can see they have 2 year warrenty shall I send them back to Amazon or hyper X

Amazon, they should give you an advanced replacement if they have them in stock.
