Hyper z600 CPU Cooler

this CPU cooler doesn't come with fans attached to the outside of it, but as you can see in the picture you can get fans to attach to the outside of it.
2 questions:
would the fans be easy to attach to the CPU cooler?
would this cooler(with the fans) provide good cooling on an AMD athlon 6400+ 3.2ghz?

TRUE black comes with two sets of clips for push pull.. tbh would buy a normal TRUE and use cable ties it will outperform the coolmaster easily if you are using fans rather than running passive
