Hyperlinks in Outlook signature

I'm setting up a signature for one of my clients. It includes a link through to their website but you have to hold down CTRL for the link to work. However, some emails I receive from other people, hyperlinks work just by clicking on them without holding down CTRL.

Anyone know how this is done?

I suspect this is an option somewhere in Outlook. Though I would have thought your client needing to click the links in his own signature is unlikely! As long as it works for people who receive the emails is all that should matter.

Yes, there is a setting in Outlook to disable the CTRL, but there must be something else. If I disable the CTRL setting, all links open up with just a click. However, if I enable the CTRL setting, the hyperlinks in my signature need the CTRL held down, but hyperlinks in some other signatures do not require it, they just open with a click.

So I'm guessing it must be with the way the signature is created.
