hey, got this head set the other day but for some reason i cant get above dvd quality on the mic or head set.
any help is great thanks
 
my last head set my friends on mumble told me it sounded a bit crappy and it was set to dvd changed it to studio and they said it sounded perfect. so not sure really just didnt want them all whinging and moaning about it again
 
yeah its strange but true, it was a siberia steel series 2 so not a terrible head set at all. i had 2 so my wife used to use one. hers was set to standard settings and the mic was muffly and static, i changed it to studio and all the static went away and the mic was crystal clear. but thanks for the advice im not really into audio so dont know too much.
