HyperX Evo 212 wobbles on LGA 1200

I'm upgrading the CPU cooler on my spare PC (LGA1200, Asus B560) from a 92mm cooler to a 120mm cooler. Specifically a HyperX 212. But while the baseplate fits, when I fit the mounting screws (parts H in the manual) for the cooler, the assembly wobbles. The mounting screws leave a wee bit of play - perhaps 1mm - when fully tightened. Is this normal and thus will it correct itself when I mount the cooler itself?

Yeh it's normal I used that cooler on my 10700k did very well had it running @4.8ghz never overheating at all.
