Decided it was time to replace my Storm Scout, so ordered a Zalman Z9 at about 4pm yesterday, and had it delivered to my door by 9:30am this morning with free courier!

You really can't beat that for good service! :D <3

Yes pointless thread I know, but I thought they deserved a public pat on the back as I have never had anything delivered that fast before with accurate tracking details, and makes a change from hearing something negative.

just don't try rmaing something ;)

especially if its a motherboard as it'll be rejected for bent pins and you'll be called a liar if you get 'lucky' to get the guy I spoke to

Don't RMA, return the item within 7 days under the sale of goods act. This runs from the day after you recieve the item, untill you notify the vendor about your intention to return the item(s).

thats why i always buy using my credit card and take a pic of the pins before i sent it back. if the retailer doesn't play ball = chargeback

RMA or DSR wouldn't make any difference if it's decided that there's user damage.
