i am asking for a friend at work

I have a friend at work who is needing somthing to help her with her Uni work. im not sure if i am in the right plac, but she is after somthing that she can speak into and it will type it up on the pc.(word etc) i cant think off the top of my head what she will need.

any help wud be great thanks

If she has Windows 7, then speech recognition is built-in:
