I am stuck, can't figure out what to choose! Help!

Hello
I am planning two computers one an matx board and a second atx board.
Looking to spend £100 to £200 on each

Will use the cpu and atx board as a home theatre from time to time, and pop in a geforce gtx 550 ti amp to game at 1900x1200.

Can you suggest either AMD or Intel and suitably boards.

Don't need anything else just cpu and mb recommendations, thank you

These fit the bill, never done overclocking, what cpu coolers should I be looking at?
